Launch Support

Obtain a remote access PIN code by
calling our technical support line at 514-905-0066.

Enter your remote access PIN code in
the field to the right, then click on “Connect to
technician”

Allow the remote session software to
run by following the onscreen instructions

|
- We use the industry leading remote
support software by Logmein.com.
- Remote connections can only be
initiated by the client and can be terminated at any
time.
- Once a support session is
terminated, our technicians can no longer gain remote
access to a PC.
- Each support connection requires a
unique single use PIN code.
- The client can view all actions
taken by our technicians in real time.
- All remote support sessions take
place over secure and encrypted connections.
